Culinary Institute of Virginia Announces Appointment of Director Culinary Institute of Virginia, the School of Culinary Arts at ECPI College of Technology, announces the appointment of Ms. Dorothea Bovani as Director of the Norfolk-based school. Prior to joining Culinary Institute of Virginia, Ms. Bovani was Campus Director of a Lancaster, PA culinary school where she set up the culinary arts program from its inception. In the first 6 years of operation, she helped grow the student base and relocate the program to a larger facility where she oversaw renovation and creation of 5 professional kitchens.
