Prior to joining Convergent, Mr. McBride had many years experience as a Sales Process Consultant in the automotive industry with Dealer Tire and AutoWeb.com. His extensive background includes dealership sales training at over 400 locations of partner companies including Lexus, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Infiniti and Nissan. Mr. McBride has a B.A. from San Jose State University.

As a property owner in both China and Charlotte, Mr. McBride came to Convergent Acquisitions & Development, Inc as a potential client looking to purchase income property in the Charlotte market. After seeing all the growth and benefits of the area he relocated his family to Charlotte and was invited to join Convergent as an Income Property Specialist. He rose rapidly through the ranks, first to Senior Income Property Specialist, and now to Executive Director.
