Technical Expert To Lead Company’s Applications Development Processes

Hollander brings over twenty-five years of knowledge and expertise to this new position along with extensive experience in technical and organizational management, a mastery of applications development, and business collaboration.

Hollander will be responsible for building development and QA capabilities and process in order to enhance the online print products and back end capabilities of Mimeo.com. He will work closely with the executive committee as they continue to enhance the company’s applications.

Hollander Biographical Information
When looking for a technology leader, Rodale, the leading publisher of information on healthy, active lifestyles for over 60 years, selected Hollander to execute the vision of high traffic data driven applications leveraging his history for success through best practices for sound, flexible and scalable technology. While there, he led a team of 30 people in successfully executing a technical vision and architecture for a centralized real-time event driven data repository containing data assets from Rodale’s most valuable magazine properties.
Prior to that, Hollander was a Senior Technical Director for America Online, Inc. He joined AOL as part of the Moviefone, Inc. acquisition and took Moviefone from a startup to an organization that was valued at $130 million at IPO to $550 million at time of acquisition by America Online.
Hollander led the AOL Entertainment Engineering Group, a team of over 95 people spanning six locations, and was responsible for the architecture and development of some of the world’s most passionately used applications including Moviefone IVR (777-FILM), Netscape Radio, Games and TV applications, CompuServe Welcome Page, and many other applications.
