ATLANTA--()--International analyst firm Forrester Research has identified Silverpop's Vtrenz solution as offering both the highest overall business value and highest market suitability among vendors in the marketing automation space.
“There was a fast, personal rapport with the Silverpop Vtrenz team that developed as we made preparations to close the deal”
"Managing Leads Through Automation: Demand Generation Buyers Guide," a report published by Forrester Research, said that Silverpop's Vtrenz "stands out of the pack" and "is quite comprehensive." The solution serves the marketing automation and lead management needs of midsize and enterprise B2B companies throughout the United States and Europe.
"It is terrific news when a highly respected analyst firm conducts a detailed review of marketing automation vendors and finds the very same things our clients have been saying for some time," said Bill Nussey, CEO of Silverpop. "The Vtrenz solution is powerful, providing B2B marketers with important insights that allow them to engage with customers and prospects in very personalized and precise ways, delivering a truly solid return on investment. Our client base is growing quickly as more and more B2B marketers learn about the industry-leading capabilities of this feature-rich solution."
As part of the report, Forrester Research asked B2B marketers what criteria they found important in selecting a marketing automation solution. The survey found that 64 percent cited usability as important. Nussey pointed out that ease-of-use has long been among the key features recognized by Vtrenz users.
Doug Harr, chief information officer of Ingres, said that the ability to get up to speed quickly was important for him. "There was a fast, personal rapport with the Silverpop Vtrenz team that developed as we made preparations to close the deal," he said. "Once we began, we found that — as promised — we experienced a rapid implementation, which yielded timely benefits."
Additionally, 92 percent of B2B marketers said they were satisfied with the overall cost of a demand generation solution compared with the value returned to the organization. In fact, companies that implement automated lead management processes achieve higher revenue gains, according to analyst firm Aberdeen Group.
Also, nearly half of those surveyed by Forrester Research for the report said integration with other systems was an important factor. While Forrester Research found that most vendors integrate with Salesforce.com, few provide out-of-the-box integration with other customer relationship management solutions. However, Silverpop's Vtrenz solution delivers out-of-the-box integration with Salesforce.com as well as Microsoft and NetSuite, plus with Siebel, PeopleSoft and Omniture using APIs.
"Vtrenz has revolutionized our marketing programs by allowing us to more effectively run lead generation and lead nurture campaigns," said Brendan Ziolo, vice president of marketing for Sipera Systems, Inc.
