Joining Wallace at the unveiling was Preferred Group founder and Chairman Oliver T. Also supporting the opening was Arlington Chamber of Commerce President Richard Doud, who welcomed Preferred Offices as the first serviced office space provider to open in Rosslyn in more than two decades. Preferred Rosslyn was designed by the Alexandria, Va.-based architectural firm of Rust|Orling Architects. Mark Orling, its principal, sought to create open spaces, mixed with bright, comfortable colors to convey a comfortable work environment.
