OKI Data Americas Announces Reorganization of Management Team

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--OKI Data Americas, which markets its products under the OKI® Printing Solutions brand, today announced the reorganization of its management team intended to optimize communications between OKI Data Americas and parent company OKI Data Corporation in Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Jim Hargadon will become Advisor, Finance and Administration and Mr. Mick Takahara will become Advisor, Corporate Planning. Mr. Hargadon and Mr. Takahara will continue to report directly to President and CEO Stewart Krentzman.

Mr. Kazutaka Onodera will join OKI Data Americas’ Executive Management Team as Executive Vice President and CFO, responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Finance, Legal Affairs, Facilities and Information Systems. Mr. Onodera will report directly to President and CEO Stewart Krentzman. Mr. Onodera has worked for OKI Electric in Tokyo for 25 years, most recently in the Corporate Planning office of the company’s headquarters location in Tokyo.

Mr. Scott Becker will also join OKI Data Americas’ Executive Management Team as Executive Vice President of North America Sales and Marketing, reporting directly to President and CEO Stewart Krentzman. In this position, he will be responsible for marketing, sales and customer service in North America. Mr. Becker previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing.
