CARY, N.C.--()--Global Knowledge today announced the availability of several Nortel Contact Center 7.0 training courses covering installation, configuration, administration, and scripting and preparing students for Nortel Certified Design Specialist and Nortel Certified Support Specialist certifications for Contact Center 7.0.
In the five-day Nortel Contact Center Manager 7.0 Installation and Configuration (3008), students will walk through installation and configuration of the Contact Center Manager Server (CCMS) and the Contact Center Administration Manager. They will learn to configure the Communication Server 1000 to support CCMS, and they will learn to install License Manager, Server Utility, Security Framework, Service Creation Environment, Agent Desktop Displays, user workstation software, CallPilot voice services support, and upgrades. Students will learn basic maintenance tasks, including backup and restore options, along with other features and enhancements available with Nortel Contact Center 7.0.
In Nortel Contact Center Manager Administration, Release 7.0 (3009), also a five-day course, students will receive hands-on guidance through supervisor, administration, and management tasks using Nortel Contact Center Manager with easy-to-understand descriptions and helpful tips. They will learn to manage system reports and displays, and they will have the opportunity to participate in assessment testing.
Contact Center 7.0 Service Creation Environment Scripting 1 (2997) is a five-day course in which students will learn how to plan for and create applications using the basic script commands and elements in the Service Creation Environment tool available with Nortel Contact Center Manager.
