‘Credit Solutions Cares’ Commemorates 9/11 with ‘Heroes’ Video

DALLAS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--To commemorate Sept. 11, Credit Solutions uploaded an inspiring new video to www.creditsolutionscares.com featuring employees’ recent volunteer and work at Welcome Home a Hero, a program that greets soldiers traveling through Dallas on their way home from serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Once a month, Credit Solutions employees provide a warm welcome and goodie bags to over 100 soldiers passing through DFW Airport, catching connecting flights home to other cities nationwide.

“Welcome Home a Hero is an awesome project. Seeing soldiers come home to their families is awe-inspiring. It makes you realize how much they give up and put on hold for our well-being,” said Michael Oates, a Credit Solutions employee and volunteer at Welcome Home a Hero, about his experience. “I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to participate.”

The Credit Solutions Cares site showcases employees’ ongoing community service efforts, highlighting a different non-profit organization each month with video footage of Credit Solutions volunteers. The site also now features back issues of the Credit Solutions Cares employee magazine.

Credit Solutions employees have donated over 3,700 hours and raised over $10,000 for the DFW community on behalf of the Credit Solutions Cares program. Credit Solutions aims to donate $25,000 and 12 hours per employee by the end of the year.
