Seyfarth Shaw Welcomes Michael Zweiback as Partner in the Litigation Department in the Los Angeles Office

Zweiback joins as a partner in the Securities and Financial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets Practice Groups. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, he was a partner at Alston & Bird LLP.

Zweiback’s practice focuses on governmental and corporate investigation, white collar criminal defense, environmental crimes, and privacy and data security matters. Prior to Alston & Bird, he was the chief of the Cyber and Intellectual Property Crimes Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles. Zweiback spent 17 years as a federal prosecutor before joining the private sector. During his tenure, he was primarily responsible for several high-profile investigations and prosecutions.
