Web and Mobile Content Platform also to Acquire First-Run Rights to Previously Unpublished Popular Comics Bloom County, Over the Hedge, Pooch Café and Cul de Sac

NEW YORK & LONDON--()--Independent web and mobile video content platform Babelgum announced today a partnership with RingTales, the leading producer and distributor of animated print cartoons, to exclusively premiere new installments of Scott Adam’s Dilbert Animated Cartoons and the New Yorker Animated Cartoons, both online and on mobile.
