Wannier has been named Executive Chairman of the Board and Mercedes De Luca, a former Yahoo! executive, has been promoted to President. Taking on the role of Executive Chairman of the Board enables Wannier to focus full time on the growing number of strategic partnerships and to develop new opportunities for the company. As President, De Luca’s current responsibilities as Chief Information Officer and Customer Experience Officer will be expanded to include leading all day-to-day operations of the company.
