PARIS--()--Dailymotion, one of the largest Web video sites in the world, announced a series of broadband TV deals that brings Dailymotion’s channel driven content and industry standard, interactive advertising formats to the most popular Internet-Connected TV and IPTV platforms. These partnerships follow the successful launch of the Dailymotion’s iPhone app and expand Dailymotion’s successful ad-driven channel content strategy to all three screens

The following Internet-connected TV platform deals were announced:
- Dailymotion’s video content is now available on Internet-connected TVs and consumer electronic devices powered by the Yahoo! Widget Engine. The Dailymotion TV Widget will be ad supported, with advertising solutions provided to other TV Widget publishers.
- * Sony BRAVIA Internet Video (distribution in Europe)
- * DivX’s comprehensive embedded Internet TV platform
- * Dailymotion on VUDU Apps, an Internet application platform for HDTVs
- Dailymotion will collaborate with Rovi Corporation on Rovi’s TotalGuide™, a next generation media guide for navigating broadcast, broadband and personal content.
Dailymotion also announced new advertising formats that bring the rich, interactive experience of Web advertising to Internet-connected TVs. Based on the success of Web-based formats and delivered via a Web ad server, the TV advertising formats provide an easy transition for advertisers looking to move to multi-screen advertising campaigns with made-for-TV interactive and measurement capabilities. The following formats were announced:
- Home page skinning and branded loading page
- Clickable banner ads (IAB compliant on many platforms)
- Clickable overlay-into-video ads
- In-stream video advertising including pre-roll, post-roll, mid-roll on ‘continuous play’ of lists

Clickable ads that can link to a branded, TV-friendly landing
page with information and videos

The CES announcements follow several high profile deals in the last two years including a Dailymotion widget channel through Verizon FiOS, a Dailymotion channel on Sony Bravia Internet Link products in North America and an IPTV channel in Europe through the SFR-neufbox network.
