FALLS CHURCH, Va.--()--Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB) announced today that the annual U.S. Trademark Practice Seminar will be held April 11-16, 2010 in Falls Church, VA.

The seminar addresses all aspects of trademark practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") and the courts, including the preparation of trademark applications, practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, licensing, inter partes matters including opposition and cancellation proceedings, and the enforcement of trademark rights in the federal and state courts.
