MIAMI--()--The Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean (BBB) has raised Royal Holiday Club’s rating for reliability and service to “B+” – reflecting the significant progress the Company continues to make in enhancing its customer service operations and its members’ overall vacation experience.
“(do) not have a significant number of complaints or other considerations that could pose a problem to consumers.”
The BBB gives this “very high rating” to companies that “(do) not have a significant number of complaints or other considerations that could pose a problem to consumers.” In 2009, Royal Holiday received only 1.3 complaints per every 1,000 members – a decrease of 28 percent compared to 2008.
Enrique Aguirre, Royal Holiday’s Chief Quality Officer, said: “We are very pleased that the Better Business Bureau has once again recognized the important steps Royal Holiday is taking to improve our members’ experience. We remain committed to 100% customer satisfaction and ‘zero complaint’ performance, and would like to thank our employees for their continued hard work in achieving this goal and our members for their ongoing support.”
Royal Holiday Continues to Expand Member Offerings; Recognized with New Awards for Quality and Service
Royal Holiday’s improved BBB rating builds on other recent developments at the Company, including expanded member offerings and continued recognition for quality and service.
- Royal Holiday’s Park Royal Cozumel – an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean – recently earned the RCI Gold Crown Resort designation for 2010. RCI, the world’s largest vacation timeshare exchange network, presents this award each year “in recognition of … superior resort facilities and services” based on its member polls.
- Royal Holiday recently added the elegant Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan – fresh from an $85 million reinvention – to its portfolio of resorts and hotels where members enjoy discounts and other special offers. Over the past three years, Royal Holiday has invested over $19 million to increase the inventory available to its members.
- This year, Royal Holiday will further enhance its cruise program for members by purchasing allotments of cabins directly from major cruise lines for the exclusive use of Royal Holiday members. Members will still be able to pay for deeply discounted cruises using either cash or a combination of cash and their Holiday Credits.
- As announced last September, Park Royal Ixtapa – Royal Holiday’s all-inclusive resort in Mexico – recently became one of the few hotels in Latin America and the Caribbean to receive MLT Vacations’ prestigious Quality Assurance award. Hotels in the MLT Vacations’ program that are recognized by this honor have achieved a 99% Customer Satisfaction rating and 99% Product Performance rating.
