Smarty Click was given the task of reconfiguring the web content so that visitors could find what they were looking for faster. “Our new site maximizes our breathtaking photography within a clean, eloquent design that works,” said Ms. Zapach. “In 30 days from the new site’s launch, we received more meeting and wedding inquiries than we did during the last 12 months of the old site.”
For Valley Forge Convention and Visitors Bureau, the staff at Smarty Click first analyzed the websites of 200+ CVBs across the country. Based on those findings Smarty Click designed a new site for the Bureau that was more engaging, prominently featuring 18 video clips of area attractions.
