PRINCETON, N.J.--()--Fellowship in Prayer, a multifaith organization focused on ‘prayer for peace’, is hosting their 60th Anniversary Conference entitled PRAYER: An Answer for the 21st Century on June 24-27, 2010 on the campus of Princeton University.

People from all religions and wisdom traditions will come together at the conference to explore how they can connect spiritual practice with social action to cultivate a more just and peaceful global community.

Haag, Fellowship in Prayer’s Executive Director. “This event will provide a forum for drawing on the rich resources of religious pluralism as empowerment for social change. We have attracted a wonderful group of religious leaders and practitioners to inspire us to a deeper level of spiritual and social consciousness."
The star studded lineup includes:

- Father Edward Beck CP, Co-host, ABC’s Focus on Faith
- Reverend James Forbes, Executive Director, Healing of the Nations
Workshops will cover topics like Spiritual Practice and Politics, New Perspectives-New Cosmology, Spiritual Foundations of Food Justice, Centering Prayer and Social Engagement, and Spiritual Resources for Racial Healing.
