Salin Foundation Community Scholarship Program Now Accepting Applications

INDIANAPOLIS--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Salin Bank is pleased to announce that the Salin Foundation Community Scholarship Program is now accepting applications.

“We are committed to supporting the communities where our banking centers are located and the families who live there”

Salin Foundation, Inc. established the program to assist high school seniors in select Indiana communities who plan to continue education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at any accredited institution of the student’s choice in the state of Indiana.

High school seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA who are enrolled in the following Hoosier high schools can apply:

Columbus East High School, Columbus	Mississinewa High School, Gas City
Columbus North High School, Columbus	Kokomo High School, Kokomo
Delphi Community High School, Delphi	Jefferson High School, Lafayette
Edinburgh Community High School, Edinburgh	West Lafayette High School, Lafayette
Carroll Consolidated School Corp., Flora	Logansport Comm. High School, Logansport
Snider High School, Fort Wayne	Marion High School, Marion
South Side High School, Fort Wayne	Lewis/Cass Jr./Sr. High School, Walton

Last year, 15 students were chosen to receive scholarships of $1,500 each through this Salin initiative.
