ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--()--Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. [NYSE: ARW], has expanded its Arrow Fusion℠ One Call Support program to include technical assistance for hardware and software products from additional server, storage and networking suppliers.

The One Call program now also provides support for EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, HP, IBM and NetApp. The technical support for the added lines are currently available in North America and will be launched in the United Kingdom in the coming months.

Launched in North America 12 years ago, the One Call Support program delivers technical support from industry- and supplier-certified engineers with hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting multiple platforms across a customer’s entire information technology infrastructure. Rather than calling multiple help desks for assistance with each product, one call to the Arrow Fusion support services team provides all the technical support needed to resolve any IT issue.
In addition to the newly added lines, the One Call program provides support on solutions from AEP Networks, Allot Communications, Blue Coat, CA, Citrix, CommVault, DataCore, Double-Take Software, Fortinet, Lakeside Software, McAfee, Microsoft, NetGear, Novell, Radware, Riverbed, RSA, ScriptLogic, SonicWALL, Sophos, ThinPrint, VizionCore, VMware, WYSE and Zeus.
The One Call technical support is available to both resellers and their customers. Incident-based contracts can be purchased for service around the clock or during local business hours.
