  This session will focus on what organizations need to know to comply with the proposed new financial conflicts of interest regulations.

  This session focuses on key institutional decisions in defining a policy for compliance with the CMS Clinical Trials Policy that balances the need for compliance and operational efficiency.

• MCA 202 - Completing a Medicare Coverage Analysis: Dealing with the Complexities of MCAs
  This session will go beyond the basics of the CMS Clinical Trials Policy and demonstrate how to conduct a Medicare Coverage Analysis given the complexities of today's clinical research studies. The session will include discussion of MCA grey areas, how to address the inconsistencies in the policy, and the implications of the recent healthcare reform laws.

  This session focuses on operational, organizational and policy enhancements that can help improve efficiency and/or service to faculty.
