Smile Brands Inc. Signs Lease to Relocate National Headquarters to Irvine Spectrum

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Irvine Company announced today that Smile Brands Inc., a fast-growing national provider of comprehensive business support services to dentists, has signed a lease to occupy the entire 15^th floor and a portion of the first floor at 8105 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine Spectrum^®. The new location will serve as the firm’s national headquarters.

Smile Brands will occupy nearly 50,000 square feet at the elegant 15-story office tower located across the street from Irvine Spectrum Center^®. The company will relocate to 8105 Irvine Center Drive from its current location at Hutton Centre in Santa Ana within the next 30 days. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
