Independent Broker-Dealer Launches New Location in Greenwich, CT

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Odeon Capital Group LLC (“Odeon”), the New York-based independent fixed income broker-dealer with investment banking and research services, today announced the opening of their new office in Greenwich, Connecticut. The new location reinforces Odeon’s east coast presence as a full-service provider of sales & trading solutions in the high yield and distressed debt spaces.

To streamline the office’s trading, research and sales capabilities, Odeon has hired two industry veterans whose collective expertise includes a focus on the high yield trading space:

• Robert Grimm joins Odeon as Head of Corporate Trading. Grimm boasts 30 years of experience in the industry, most recently at McMahan Securities, where he was the head of high yield trading. Before joining Odeon, Grimm ran high yield trading for firms including Southridge Investments, J Giordano Securities Group and Lehman Brothers. Prior to this, he ran corporate bond trading, sales and research, preferred stock trading, and trading and sales of all US fixed income products in Tokyo for EF Hutton.
• David Marsh joins Odeon as a research analyst focusing on distressed and high yield corporate bonds. Prior to this role, Marsh held a similar analyst position with McMahan Securities, and previously served as Treasurer of Dycom Industries. Marsh has more than 10 years of experience analyzing fixed income securities, including six years with FBR Capital Markets, where he focused on high yield and distressed securities as a research analyst.

The new office marks the fifth location for Odeon across the U.S. and U.K., and the fourth expansion for the New York-based firm since June.
