Most recently, Mr. Dennington was Director, Open Source Sales at Progress Software and IONA Technologies. He built sales teams across the U.S. and Europe, and grew revenues 400 percent over two years. Prior, Mr. Dennington was on the founding team at Simula Labs—helping to grow the business to ten countries, closing more than 50 customers and $5MM in sales in the first two years, and successfully selling the LogicBlaze business unit to IONA in 2007. As a founding executive and general manager of Gluecode Software, Mr. Dennington was responsible for market analysis, product development, sales and customer delivery. In May 2005, Gluecode was sold to IBM.
