Andy Bober, Director of SAS Customer Intelligence Product Management, will present “E-mail and Social Media Measurement and Optimization” on Nov. 17 at 11 a.m. He will discuss trends in e-mail marketing and the different systems and tools available to help measure effectiveness, followed by a discussion on social media analytics and the latest thinking by the best minds in analytics today.
On Nov. 18 at 8 a.m., Jonathan Hornby, Marketing Director at SAS, will discuss how to use the wisdom of crowds to explore the future, and why testing strategy early can save money, in “Explore, Test and Adapt: Using Business Analytics to Improve Outcomes.”
Suzanne Gordon, Vice President and CIO at SAS, will participate in the CIO Panel Discussion to address key digital technology issues, best practices, trends and challenges on Nov. 18 at 9:40 a.m.
On Nov. 18 at 11:10 a.m., John Bastone, Global Product Marketing Manager for SAS Customer Intelligence Solutions, will present “Delivering Social Media ROI,” in which he discusses the science of listening to social media conversations and how to measure the impact these conversations have on business.
