Prime Healthcare Services expands the rollout of FormFast document management technology to its most recently acquired facility, Alvarado Hospital, to increase efficiency, lower costs and improve quality and patient safety

All 14 facilities managed by Prime Healthcare Services and its affiliates now leverage FormFast’s logic-based and on-demand document management workflow for increased efficiency within the organization’s medical records, revenue cycle and patient registration processes.

In partnership with FormFast, Prime Healthcare Services has eliminated the use of pre-printed forms throughout its multi-hospital system. By employing logic-based and on-demand printing for necessary documents, patient information is completed legibly and accurately. Likewise, forms are bar coded to ensure positive patient identification and precise scanning into the medical record, resulting in increased patient safety and quality.
