Starlight Electronics USA Selects SED International Holdings as Exclusive US Distributor for Polaroid-Branded Imaging and Printing Products

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. & TUCKER, Ga.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Starlight Electronics USA, and parent company Starlight International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0485.HK), and SED International Holdings, Inc. (Amex: SED) today announced that Starlight has selected SED to serve as the exclusive distributor in the United States for all Polaroid imaging and printing products. This includes digital cameras and camcorders, analog-instant cameras, analog instant film and the exciting Polaroid Grey Label line of imaging and printing products.

As the sole distributor, under terms of the agreement SED will distribute Polaroid imaging and printing products to all accounts in North America, excluding major retail channels, which are serviced directly by Starlight. Starlight is the exclusive North American licensee for Polaroid-branded digital imaging, analog-instant imaging and printing. SED is a multinational supply chain management provider and distributor of leading computer technology, consumer electronics, small appliances and cellular products.
