Andrew Radcliffe is with BAE Systems Plc as part of its Military Air and Information Business Unit. He is currently the Vice President, Business Development, US/UK Relations, and is based in Arlington, Virginia, adjacent to Washington, DC.

Andrew J. Radcliffe has over 30 years of experience in the defense and aerospace business spanning government, industry, international organizations and academia. He has undertaken a number of strategic leadership roles in international relations, commercial management, acquisition policy, marketing, trade promotion, project management, and science and technology policy.
Mr. Radcliffe also has significant international experience, including four years with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) (based in Munich, Germany) and eight years on various assignments in the United States representing the British government. From July 2005 until November 2009, he was Counsellor (Defence Equipment) at the British Embassy, Washington DC, where he was responsible for all US-UK defense equipment business and industrial relationships, including a key role in the negotiation and implementation of the US-UK Defense Trade Cooperation Treaty. With BAE Systems Plc he is working to optimize US/UK linkages and develop business opportunities.
