SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--()--Rebel Magazine, a contemporary men's publication offering readers a fresh perspective on value-based living, spirituality, social responsibility, relationships, entertainment and more, was named a finalist for two prestigious Eddie Awards for editorial excellence, as announced by FOLIO: Magazine.

The 2011 Eddie and Ozzie Awards event, held November 1 in New York City, honors the best in editorial and design work in the magazine publishing industry. The annual FOLIO: sponsored event is considered the largest and most inclusive awards program of its kind. The FOLIO: team, along with a prestigious panel of industry leaders, narrowed this year's field from more than 2,000 entrants to 400 award-winning finalists.
Each category finalist receives either a gold, silver or bronze award. Rebel Magazine is challenging publishing powerhouses Playboy and ESPN The Magazine to take home two coveted gold awards.
