NEW YORK--()--BTIG LLC, a global financial services firm specializing in institutional trading and related brokerage services, today announced that it raised more than $4.5 million at its 10th annual Commissions for Charity Day, held on April 18th. BTIG’s Commission for Charity Day draws in athletes and celebrities to raise money to support children’s charities around the country. The money raised this year will be donated to children’s charities around the world, including Autism Speaks, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Project Sunshine, Alliance for Lupus Research, March of Dimes, St. Jude’s Research Hospital, Juvenile Foundation Research Foundation, Starlight Children’s Foundation and the Franciscan Hospital for Children.

Over the last 10 years, BTIG’s Commissions for Charity Day has raised more than $24 million from equity, fixed income and derivative trading commissions to support hundreds of children’s charitable organizations.
