This will entail hiring 500 inbound customer support agents, as well as management and support positions for a major telecommunications company.

The new location will include a significant management structure of operation managers, call center supervisors, class room trainers and support roles. The first agents hired will start training in mid-July. Positions will be posted on the company website and local job fairs will be announced in the coming weeks.
