BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--()--Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 23 states, today announced Amy Delk as its newest account executive for Community Banking Solutions.

Delk will be responsible for managing community banking relationships. Specifically, she will work with community banks who do not want to undertake the risks associated with originating and underwriting mortgage loans and by having Churchill provide that service for them, the bank can broaden its product offerings.
Delk brings more than 15 years of banking experience to Churchill Mortgage. Prior to joining Churchill, Delk served as vice president, Private Wealth Management Client Advisor at SunTrust Bank Sports and Entertainment Group, where she managed relationships with more than 100 high net worth individuals and related businesses in the music industry. She also served as vice president, Treasury Management Officer for First Tennessee Bank where she was responsible for development of new business relationships and expansion of existing relationships in cash management services. She also was a Treasury Management Specialist for First Farmers and Merchants Bank where she wrote procedures for and implemented its Department of Treasury Management. Delk also served as vice president, Private Banking for Fifth Third Bank, and Banking Center Manager and assistant vice president for Bank of America. She began her financial services career with National Bank of Commerce as a branch manager.
Delk earned a bachelor’s degree in Social/Behavior Science, Business Administration from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tenn. She is an active member of several community organizations, including being a Big Sister for Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, a board member for Affordable Housing Resources and a board member of Pearl-Cohn High School Academy of Finance and Music. Delk also serves on the Ireland 28 Homeowners Association Board of Directors, and is a special event volunteer for the ARK 31 Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to serving children with special needs and disabilities throughout the middle Tennessee area. She also served as vice president of Membership for Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills.
