COLUMBUS, Ohio--()--Today Michael Mahon, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Real Living HER and Real Living Realty Services announced the addition of three successful, independent real estate brokerages in central and southwest Ohio.
“Real Living is on the cutting edge of technology and is experiencing tremendous growth as a quality real estate company in the Dayton region”
“This is a major move for our brokerages in Ohio! We believe in equipping our agents and offices with the best tools, training and resources possible in order for them to elevate customer service to meet and exceed the demands of today’s consumer. It’s paying off already with this growth, and we have plans to add 15 to 20 additional offices in the next 12 months,” said Mahon.
Florence Realty of South Charleston, Ohio, has joined Real Living Realty Services and was established in 1960 by James W. Florence, and is currently operated by Tom Florence, who has been a licensed Realtor since 1978 and a licensed broker since 1982.
“The Internet presence, technology, the very strong brand name of Real Living, and support they have gives us everything we need to take our services to sellers and buyers to the next level. I am excited to have these resources available to better serve my clients,” said Florence.
Wren-Kilgore Realty of West Liberty, Ohio, has joined the number one brokerage in central Ohio, and will now be Real Living HER Wren-Kilgore and Associates. Linda Kilgore was licensed in 1976 and founded the brokerage in 1997.
“By joining Real Living HER, we’ve garnered a wider array of online tools to better promote our listings and with over 96% of women between 25 and 45 starting their home buying process online, having our listings feature on HERRealtors.com made this a very easy decision,” said Kilgore.
Garry Tolliver and Tolliver Commercial Realty of Centerville, Ohio, have joined Real Living Realty Services. Garry has been a licensed broker since 1980 and established his company in 1987 where he has primarily focused on commercial real estate, but saw their move to Real Living Realty Services as an opportunity to expand their residential business.
“Real Living is on the cutting edge of technology and is experiencing tremendous growth as a quality real estate company in the Dayton region,” said Tolliver.
