Priority Power Management Acquires THG EAS Business Unit

MIDLAND, Texas & GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Priority Power Management, LLC (“PPM”), a Texas-based independent energy management and consulting services firm, has acquired the energy management and advisory services (“EAS”) business unit of THG Energy & Technology Solutions, LLC (“THG”).

The THG EAS business unit, with offices in Fort Worth, Texas, provides professional energy management and advisory services to commercial and industrial end use customers. These services include energy supply procurement and management, risk management, utility bill auditing and processing, and energy data management.

As a part of the transaction, all THG EAS business unit employees will become employees of PPM. Mike Brasovan, President of THG’s EAS business unit, will join PPM as Executive Vice President. Customers of THG EAS will continue to receive best in class energy management and advisory services from the combined organization. Additionally, PPM will continue to utilize THG’s TUX system, a proprietary web-enabled utility management and data processing system, to provide utility bill auditing, analysis, and reporting services.
