Insurance Insight Training Designed to Increase Agent Success and Knowledge

PARK CITY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Insurance Insight Group (IIG) announced the launch of Insurance Insight Training. The training program is designed to attract new agents, activate existing agents, and retain agents longer by giving them what they crave – quality training designed to help them be more successful in insurance sales. Insurance Insight Training is available as a service to insurance marketing organizations, insurance carriers, and banks. Becca Wise, who recently joined IIG as its Director of Training, will lead the new program.

Becca Wise will oversee all aspects of the Insurance Insight Training program. The training program is interactive and provides subscribers with custom content, weekly live online events, a custom website, and ongoing drip marketing campaigns that are all part of a cost-effective package.

Becca has been involved in the insurance industry for over six years and holds an insurance license in the state of Iowa. She is a dynamic facilitator with experience in annuity, life insurance, and Medicare product training. Becca has designed and developed training programs for insurance companies and universities and holds a Master of Science degree in Adult Learning and Organizational Development, with concentrations in Leadership and Training and Development. Her experience spans across facilitating classroom, webcam, and online courses. Becca earned her Master’s of Science, Adult Learning and Organizational Performance, from Drake University. She is currently working towards her PhD, Business Administration, from Northcentral University, and Doctor of Management, Organizational Leadership, University of Phoenix.
