Goodman will lead 89 Degrees consulting services to help companies looking to optimize their loyalty programs, offering advanced analytics, proven strategic methods and proprietary technology.
He was most recently director of loyalty marketing and business analytics at Marsh Supermarkets. Prior to that, he was director of consulting and analytic solutions at shopper analytics group Precima, following an eight-year stint as director of customer loyalty at dunnhumby USA.
For his role at 89 Degrees, Goodman will leverage his specialized experience to analyze loyalty data to build customer growth strategy, lead day-to-day strategy and execution of marketing programs, manage customer databases and enhance customer analytic capability to optimize loyalty marketing success and return-on-investment.
