Jeffrey I. Wasserman Joins Herrick, Feinstein’s Litigation Department

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Herrick, Feinstein LLP announced today that Jeffrey I. Wasserman has joined the firm’s Newark office as a Partner in the Litigation Department. Mr. Wasserman comes to Herrick from Chadbourne & Parke LLP where he was a Partner.

Mr. Wasserman specializes in handling complex commercial litigation and is experienced with issues relating to cross-border disputes, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, personal and subject matter jurisdiction, cross-border bankruptcies, international discovery and asset-freezing injunctions. He has extensive experience in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Wasserman is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
