DENVER--()--Private, luxury destination club Inspirato announced today the addition of 13 new residences and three new destinations to its members-only global vacation portfolio. Whistler, British Columbia; Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.; and Stowe, Vt., are now among the 54 travel destinations available to the club’s members.
“Architecture and interior design are passions of many of our members”
Inspirato members vacationing in Stowe will have the unique opportunity to stay in the HGTV Dream Home 2011, which is now one of the club’s newest properties. Custom built and decorated by Home & Garden Television as part of their annual HGTV Dream Home Giveaway sweepstakes, this 3,400-square-foot ski house is located in Vermont’s Stowe Mountain Resort and was designed in the spirit of classic Adirondack homes. Soaring ceilings, exposed beams cut from local timber, and floor-to-ceiling windows are among the impressive architectural features. Modern amenities include a gourmet kitchen, a private outdoor hot tub, and a stone veranda with fire pit, dining space and built-in grill. The home includes three bedrooms, including a kids’ bunk room and adjoining dorm-style bathroom that accommodates up to eight children.
“Architecture and interior design are passions of many of our members,” said Brent Handler, founder and CEO of Inspirato. “The opportunity to vacation in a home custom-designed by the experts at Home & Garden Television, which most people just get to see on TV, is truly unique and I’m thrilled we can provide our members that opportunity.”
Inspirato’s new 5,000-square-foot residence in Whistler, British Columbia boasts five bedrooms, a private hot tub, steam room and sauna, and direct ski access. In Rancho Santa Fe, Inspirato members can choose among five accommodations within San Diego’s Rancho Valencia Resort, ranging from a romantic 1,000-square-foot, one-bedroom suite to a spacious 5,000-square-foot, three-bedroom hacienda.
Among the other properties included in the club’s latest release:
- A 40-acre private hillside estate in Sonoma, Calif., with a private pool, guest house, Mediterranean gardens and panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards.
- A three-bedroom ski getaway in Telluride, Colo., featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of Telluride Mountain Resort and Mountain Village.
- Four oceanfront penthouse residences in Punta de Mita, Mexico, all with a private pool and expansive outdoor terrace.
This latest expansion represents approximately $23 million in combined real estate value joining Inspirato’s ever-growing vacation portfolio, now totaling more than $415 million.
