To earn the AAMC® designation, Homeside Properties was required to meet numerous criteria, including having a staff of which 50 percent of the managers hold a professional designation (CMCA, AMS or PCAM); employing a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designee as the company's senior manager; ensuring compliance with the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics and guaranteeing that all designated staff members complete at least 12 hours of continuing education every two years.
