With Sales Simplicity’s new Commission Rules screens, an administrator can create, modify, and/or remove commission rules. (A commission rule is defined as a single commission payment that will be applied when the administrator’s user-defined conditions are met.) Sales Simplicity’s Commission Rules screens allow users to assign rules by subdivisions, users, floor plans, or a combination of all three. These rules can be grouped together into categories for easy organization, and they can include a flat-dollar amount or a percentage of options, sales, incentives not given, or another commission category.
Commission Rules functionality lets any authorized user define the recipient of the commission payment, such as the assigned sales agent, the representative from a specified department assigned to the customer, the customer’s assigned realtor/co-broker, or just a static user. (Sales Simplicity’s Commission Rules can even include splits when payable to the sales agent.) Each commission can be modified, with permission, which will create a variance, so nothing will slip by unnoticed. Plus, each commission can have unlimited notes associated with it. With this new Sales Simplicity Commission Rules functionality, once a commission is flagged as paid, it becomes locked. Users of Sales Simplicity can now access the Commission Rules functionality at no cost if they are current on their maintenance contracts. The new features are already contained in the latest version of Sales Simplicity.
