Red River and Federal News Radio Present “Take Command of Your Mobility Initiative” Program

Panel Discussion will Include Government Technology Experts and Will Air on WTOP 1500 AM, September 11, 2012 at 12 Noon EDT

CLAREMONT, N.H.--()--Red River, a widely recognized national leader in providing IT products and services to the government and healthcare sectors, today announced it will sponsor and participate in a panel discussion on Federal News Radio entitled “Take Command of Your Mobility Initiative.”

“Federal workers want mobile access to their office operations and office data from any device, anywhere, and at any time,” said Jeff Sessions, vice president of corporate strategy with Red River. “However, enabling that mobile access in a secure way requires that agencies implement a well-thought-out mobility plan that takes advantage of the latest available IT infrastructure, and that’s what our panel of experts will focus on for this Federal News Radio program.”

With Federal News Radio’s Tom Temin as moderator, the program will include Jeff Sessions and other notable “c-level” experts from leading federal agencies, including the USDA, USPTO, NIST, and FERC.

Who: In addition to Jeff Sessions, the “Take Command of Your Mobility Initiative” panelists will include John Owens, the CIO of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; Sanjay Sardar, CIO of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; Dr. Tom Karygiannis, computer scientist with the computer security division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and Bradley Nix, director and CISO of the Food and Nutrition Service at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
