Graystone Company Announces Shareholder Meeting for October 1, 2012

LIMA, Peru--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Graystone Company (OTCQB: GYST) announced today it that has scheduled a shareholder meeting to take place at 10:00 am on October 1, 2012. The meeting will take place at 1221 West Coast Highway, Newport Beach, California.

There will be no matters to be voted on at the meeting. The Company’s Board of Directors decided to call the shareholder meeting to allow the officers to present to shareholders the Company’s goals and objectives for the next 12 months. Also, the Company wanted to allow shareholders to be able to ask questions regarding the Company’s operations and stated goals and objectives.
