PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--()--Le Vallauris Restaurant in Palm Springs, California has just announced the reopening of its restaurant on September 14, 2012. The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday Champagne Brunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as of Sunday, September 16th. Le Vallauris has also announced the recent launch of a new website for its premier catering company in the Coachella Valley.
“The restaurant is the most popular in Palm Springs partly due to its sublime patio with great old trees that are magically lit at night.”
The restaurant is known for its first class service, outstanding food and tantalizing hospitality, combining and serving French, Mediterranean and California cuisine produced by the expert hands of Jean Paul Lair, Executive Chef. It offers daily specials that have impressed even the most delicate palates. In 2011, Zagat, Yelp, Tripadvisor reviewed Le Vallauris, and the restaurant scored among the highest points possible for the survey. They also voted the restaurant as number one for decor. When describing the patio dining experience, the reviewers said, “The restaurant is the most popular in Palm Springs partly due to its sublime patio with great old trees that are magically lit at night.”
Le Vallauris has been operating for 38 years, and has earned an excellent reputation for its off-site catering for corporate parties and weddings. Le Vallauris can handle catering events for up to 600 guests; the staff can tailor any event to suit selective taste buds by offering a menu consisting of several ethnic food varieties. The new catering website, http://levallauriscatering.com, provides detailed information about the available services. Event planners, brides and corporate representatives can discuss the details of their event with Chef Jean Paul Lair and Banquet Manager Tony Bruggemans. The catering menu includes many of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Specific decor for the event can be arranged.
Paul Bruggemans, the restaurant’s owner, is largely responsible for the decorative details that delight locals and visitors alike. He uses a combination of imported and domestic fresh flowers to decorate the stark white linens adorning each of the restaurant’s distinctive tables. Part of Paul’s routine is to greet guests at their tables to ask if they are enjoying their evening. His table side visits have made guests feel special and appreciated, and it’s a big part of why Le Vallauris has remained among the finest restaurants in the nation.
