Baruch College Hosts the Berkin-Friedman Forum Focusing on Election 2012

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baruch College’s Weissman School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Public Affairs and will host the Berkin-Friedman Forum— an evening dedicated to political discussion and the viewing of the U.S. Vice Presidential Debate on Thursday, October 11.

The forum, which begins at 6 p.m., will be moderated by Baruch alumnus Robert Friedman ’67, a retired partner of The Goldman Sachs Group, L.P. Panelists include the following academic and political experts:

• Marjorie Connelly, editor at News Surveys for The New York Times
• Micheline Blum is Distinguished Lecturer and Director of Baruch College Survey Research (BCSR)
• Kellyanne Conway, Founder and President of the polling company, inc./WomanTrend.
• Jeffrey Plaut, Founding Partner of Global Strategy Group, an American public affairs and research firm
• Maurice “Mickey” Carroll, Director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute
