These reports detail the on-the-job performance of more than 7,600 patent examiners, including data related to allowance rates, pre-appeal and appeal outcomes, comparisons against norms, and other analytic information.

The analytics that form the core of these new reports are based on several different patent application-specific data sets, including more than 10 million Office Actions written by patent examiners during patent prosecution. With just an application serial number, customers can purchase reports on-demand, and immediately gain access to information specific to the examiner processing the selected application. The patent application report includes textual and graphical statistics representing an aggregation of various decisions made by the selected examiner. The report also gives the user the opportunity to easily compare statistics for other examiners in the same art unit.
