PORTLAND, Ore.--()--ESCO Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered wear products for the mining, infrastructure, power generation, aerospace and industrial industries, today announced that Rob Cornilles joined the company as Vice President, Investor & Government Relations and Communications. This is a newly created position designed to work directly with the ESCO investor community and to represent the company in state, local and national government affairs. He will also have responsibility for ESCO’s communications organization.

Cornilles has had a successful career in marketing and sales consultancy and executive placement. In 1995 he founded Game Face, Inc., a local executive training and development company with clients that range from professional sports teams to businesses outside of the sports world, including ESCO. Cornilles ran for US Congress in Oregon’s First District in 2010 and in the 2011 special election.

Cornilles has been an active member of the community and is a member of several boards, including the Special Olympics of Oregon, the Umpqua Bank Regional Division and the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Centers.
