ANN ARBOR, Mich.--()--Oxford Companies announced it is rebranding its commercial real estate leasing and sales division from Bluestone Realty Advisors to Oxford Commercial. The name change was made to capitalize on the relationship between the organizations.

Along with Oxford Commercial, Oxford Companies also operates Oxford Property Management and Oxford Design/ Build. “Our goal is to build a larger and more cohesive stamp for Oxford while providing continuity,” says Jeff Hauptman, President of Oxford Companies. “As Oxford continues to expand, it’s important for our clients to easily recognize the unity throughout our organization. Clients will know they can get exceptional service by our staff of experts across the board.”
In addition, Nick Zagar has been hired as the Director of Oxford Commercial. In this role, he will represent Oxford Company’s portfolio in lease transactions. Zagar brings seven years of commercial real estate experience in Manhattan. “Nick’s New York experience brings us a new perspective and skill set for our clients,” comments Hauptman. “He is another great example of our on-going dedication to ensuring we are able to provide our clients with the best talent available.”
