ATLANTA--()--Commercial real estate investment firm Parmenter Realty Partners has announced that Tilman Raybon has joined the firm’s asset management team at their regional headquarters in Atlanta. Raybon will manage a portion of the firm’s assets in its Southeastern Region to immediately include Nashville City Center and 1000 Parkwood. Currently the firm owns and manages more than 1,749,000 square feet in the Atlanta metropolitan area across several Class A commercial office properties such as Gwinnett Commerce Center, The Lenox Building, 1000 Parkwood, Overlook III, and 160 Clairemont.
Raybon comes to Parmenter from his most recent position with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he implemented strategies surrounding the company’s distressed debt and REO Portfolio for the last three years. Additionally, his previous experience includes positions with PM Realty Group and Duff & Phelps in the roles of Investment Analyst and Commercial Real Estate Analyst respectively.
This selection represents a new position at Parmenter and is the latest of several additions during the development and expansion of the Parmenter Fund IV portfolio.
