NEW YORK--()--Judge Elaine Jackson Stack, who served as a New York State Supreme Court justice for eight years, has joined Barket, Marion, Epstein & Kearon, LLP, a New York-based criminal defense, civil rights and personal injury litigation firm. Judge Stack, who is Of Counsel at the firm, specializes in criminal and civil appeals as well as matrimonial mediation and arbitration.

Judge Stack brings extensive family law and trial litigation experience to Barket Marion. As an appellate counsel, Judge Stack successfully argued criminal, civil and family law cases at every level of the New York State court system and the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been honored with the Norman C. Lent Award, the highest honor of the Criminal Courts Bar Association.
