MIAMI--()--Univision News, a division of Univision Communications Inc., the leading media company serving Hispanic America, announced the dates for the “Meet the Candidates” events that the Company is hosting along with Facebook to discuss education and the future of the Hispanic community. Republican presidential candidate, Governor Mitt Romney, will be participating in this conversation with Univision News on September 19, 2012, while President Barack Obama’s event will take place on September 20, 2012. Both events will be streamed online in English and will be televised on the Univision Network at 10 p.m. ET/PT on each night. These are the first-ever events of their kind targeting Hispanic Americans. The “Meet the Candidates” events will both take place in front of a live audience at the University of Miami BankUnited Center Fieldhouse.
