ALISO VIEJO, Calif.--()--Seabreeze Management Company, proudly celebrating 25 years of stellar community association management throughout Southern California, is commemorating this hallmark year by generously donating funds and volunteer time to Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo and the Casa Teresa Shelter in Costa Mesa.
“I attribute our success to the hard work, dedication, passion and long-standing relationships Seabreeze has built with its clients and employees over the last two and a half decades”
Throughout its history, Seabreeze Management has earned a reputation for high-quality, flexible service to clients, dedication to employees and philanthropic endeavors to help those in need.
“I attribute our success to the hard work, dedication, passion and long-standing relationships Seabreeze has built with its clients and employees over the last two and a half decades,” said Seabreeze Management CEO and Founder Lisa Dale. “In return, I am so pleased Seabreeze can give back to our community through charitable support. All of us look forward to continuing this cycle of success for another 25 years.”
Earlier this year, Seabreeze served as title sponsor of Mission Hospital’s 16th annual Valiant Women Luncheon which raised $190,000 for women’s services at the hospital. Funds raised support improvements at Mission Maternity Center, Mission Women’s Wellness Center and advanced nursing education/scholarships for Mission Hospital nurses.
Seabreeze employees adopted the Casa Teresa Shelter as their 2012 charity and recently held a food drive collecting more than 20 pounds of pasta, 30 pounds of rice, 40 boxes of mac & cheese, peanut butter, cereal, juice boxes, ramen noodles, cookies, graham crackers and other snacks. Baby items were also purchased with gift cards donated by the employees.
Seabreeze Management was established on a foundation of strong ethics and determination. Dale began her business with just three clients and today the company has grown to represent more than 100 associations with 28,000 properties from Los Angeles to San Diego. Even the dismal economy did not hinder Seabreeze’s expansion: Seabreeze realized two years of incredible growth in 2008 and 2009.
Over the years, Seabreeze has been able to attract and retain both quality clients and dedicated employees, avoiding the employee attrition experienced by many industry competitors. The company’s original client remains today on the client roster and among the employees, nearly half have been with Seabreeze at least five years and more than a dozen have achieved or exceeded 10-year status.
Seabreeze also has been known for its active role in industry organizations, including leadership positions in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Further recognition for Seabreeze will occur in October, when NAWBO-Orange County (National Association of Women Business Owners), the premier organization for women business owners in Orange County, recognizes Dale with the Lifetime Achievement Award at its prestigious 2012 Remarkable Women Awards.
