New Website Offers Educational Resources about the Hedge Fund Industry

WASHINGTON--()--The Managed Funds Association, the voice of the global alternative investment industry, launched a new website dedicated to providing informative, educational material on the hedge fund industry.

“Hedge funds are a vital part of the economy, but are often misunderstood. By providing accessible and engaging tutorials on this new site, we hope we can help improve communication and understanding surrounding the hedge fund industry”

The website, Hedge Fund Fundamentals (www.hedgefundfundamentals.com), is designed to help basic questions, like “what is a hedge fund?” while providing greater understanding about the industry and its benefits to investors and the global economy.

“Hedge funds are a vital part of the economy, but are often misunderstood. By providing accessible and engaging tutorials on this new site, we hope we can help improve communication and understanding surrounding the hedge fund industry,” stated Richard H. Baker, MFA President and CEO.

Content on the Hedge Fund Fundamentals website will be continually updated to reflect topics under discussion in the industry and the news cycle.
